For dinner tonight
« on: August 05, 2010, 20:58 »
About four weeks ago I was in Tesco and they had a stand with recipe cards on advertising Philadelphia cheese and as we lilke it I picked up one of each.  Tonight with had the Philadelphia Thai Green Chicken Curry and I will replicate it here as it is superb.   For 4 - 2tsp green curry past, 4 chicken breasts diced, 1 small onion sliced, 1 green and one red pepper sliced, 120g philly and 4 tbsp milk.  Put curry paste in pan with chicken and onion and fry for  8mins until chicken is cooked.  Add ppers and cook until soft.  Add Philly and stir milk thro.  Loosen with milk. Serve with fragrant Thai rice.

The initial taste is cheese and then after after about the third mouthful you get 'hit' by the curry 'bite'  I am not 'standing behind' my OH tomorrow!
