After 4 1/2 yrs off been on a waiting list Ive finally got my hands on a allotment, it's abit tired etc, the plot has the metal posts in the ground with the thick pipe going over at a guess I would say 8mts long 3.5 mts wide BUT has no cover ( where's the cheapest place or link if possible ) question is with the size off this tunnel am I going to be able to grow a lot would I put raised beds in a tunnel?

Have a look here
https://www.firsttunnels.co.uk/polythene.asp
to work out how much you need, and get their price.

Then you can compare with other suppliers to find a price you are happy with. Ebay isn't always cheapest or best quality.

Absolutely - cheapest is not often the best....

Which site are you on in Sunderland? I'm on the abattoir site and have 2 tunnels with raised beds. If you PM me you're more than welcome to come and have a look.
