Terracotta pots at Morrison's
« on: March 27, 2009, 21:32 »
I've just got a few teracotta pots from our local morrisons.

Smaller ones, approx 10 - 12 inches across the top with a beehive type of design, are 50pence each and they have some very large ones which are plain and straight sided, and I guess about 20 inches across the top are £4 each or 2 for £7.

I have got a few, now I just have to find stuff to go in them!

If you're interested I wouldn't leave it too long as I think they're on a one off type of deal.

Just be careful with these OH bought some last year supposed to be frostproof . The b... have all carcked and are flaking away. Having said that we have had some hard frost this year. Personally I would varnish them or use some sort of sealant.
