what does the little icon and the numbers mean ....

beside our names, when we reply or start a new topic ? I cannot see what the icon is meant to be anyway

I am sure it must be on the site somewhere, or I have been told before, but it escapes me

? It indicates the number of posts that you've made to the forum, the number is the post count.
