Information required on compost bins please?

Hi me again lol i have never had a compost bin and at the risk of sounding really stupid  :oops:  would like to know what you put in one how it works and when you can use the compost and how i know it seems daft but i dont have a clue well i kind of do im assuming it rots and when dug into soil helps your plants  :oops:  im so uneducated when it comes to the garden sorry but really want to change that so all help gratefully recieved.

Here's a link for you Fallen Angel to the HDRA should tell you all you need to know, it's pretty straight forward really, just remember no perennial weeds and no corpses   :wink:
