6 bowls nettle tips
1of raisins
2lbs sugar
2 lemons
2 campden tablets

boil nettles with one lemon
drain and press all liquid from pulp
dissolve sugar and top up to 1 gallon
add raisins when at room temp. leave for one day
add yeast and stir daily for 5 day until it stops frothing

mine has'nt started yet

How old was the yeast? I'd try putting more yeast in, rehydrate it first. ::)

I'd still try re-yeasting, I did a cherry wine that did the same, it needed two lots of yeast to get going, when it did start it went off like a rocket, it finished below 0.990, so, very dry.

Try aerating it (give it a shake). I had one not start because I had boiled all the oxygen out of it .
