Propagator question

Some of my chillis and cauliflowers have germinated and are about 1" big. Should I now take them out of the propagator, or just switch the heat off? Or should I leave them in with the heat on a while longer?

soon as they are up knock the heat off, take the lid off and keep them somewhere very light or put some foil around the back to give them equal light.

If you leave them to warm they'll get leggy and very soft and be difficult to harden off.

OK, so when I get home tonight I'll take them out of the propagator.
