For moving me to the right forum. I appreciate that very much.
My hen does get out - in fact, she has the run of the yard and sometimes I see her walking on the back wall- just as pretty as you please, like she is checking out the other yards. There is a rooster close by. Generally, around 5pm or so, the hen goes off somewhere - I do not know where, but I never see her again till the next morning. Oh well - I am looking forward to reading the posts and seeing pics. I also have a Chihuahua Rocco who keeps me jumping - and the hen too.
