Roast pork dinner today  :D

I still have some plot cabbage that needs to be used up and then will have to venture back for more supplies.  I have got the last squash out of the shed.  We seem to have gone through those fast this year.  There is roasted beetroot in the freezer, so might dig that out as well.

Well the Cumberland pie filling remained separate from the topping, should have been sliced potatoes on top but there was a large amount of mash in the fridge so that got microwaved & used up.
Today I’ve got mince out (not ideal as I try not to plan beef followed by beef but I slipped up lol)  I’ve got out my PON books & decided on Pastitsio (sp) mum I’m sure you’ll put me right. Just hope hubby will eat it as it will have bought dried pasta in it & he only likes fresh homemade pasta but I’m not making macaroni as well (don’t know how is a big issue to that idea as well)

I have got a large casserole in the oven full of, carrots, parsnip, leeks, v small potato bits,   chopped celery,  a tin of mixed pulses and one of chopped toms  One left-over slice of gammon chopped up.  Some Worcester Sauce, and the usual herbs etc.   Now I am going to add the macaroni.  It'll last me all week. :)  Mrs B

I've also got a cassserole with lots of left over things all thrown together with new potatoes and veg, pud Banana and yoghurt if we have room  :)
