Hi,

The big success this year is my courgettes plants.

Any ideas what I can do with surpless courgettes, I'm averages 3 - 4 a day....

I don't think they'll freeze well due to high water content.

Hallo, Try having a look on the cookery section, over the years there have been some nice recipes for courgette pickle and chutney.   Good luck,   Mrs Bouquet    PS: Just a thought, could you make up soup and freeze for winter.

I just dice them and freeze for winter soup. They aren’t as good as fresh but not really an issue in soup or a casserole.
