Chicken curry here tonight.  A recipe that we came across in The Sun's TV mag a couple of weeks ago.  One pot Thai  peanut butter curry.  I'll let you know how it goes.  We like satay and curry so are going to try a combination of the two.

Chicken strips with Bq sauce pored over and pilua rice, pineapple and what ?? not sure

Soddages with crispy roasted potato chunks, mashed swede and spoon standing - yum
