It has no mention about perches and I dont think a coup measuring 125cm x 50cm is big enough for 12 birds as they claim. Think you would be better off buying a shed and fitting a pop hole and perches in yourself. You can then either buy/make external nesting boxes or have them internally (mine lay in two very large heavy duty linbins). Cleaning out with a shed is easier (able to get inside and stand up in), plus keeping chickens is very addictive and you may very soon want a few more  :) joyfullxx.
Staffies are softer than you think.

i agree with joyfull, never believe what they tell you about how many chickens you can keep in the coop. i had never built anything, but have built 2 coops myself now, have a go, or convert a shed. Chicken keeping is addictive, we had our first chickens 9 weeks ago, and now we have...well...loads  he he he . your flock does grow, so make sure you have room to grow.  :D

There's lots of coops on ebay about this price, don't know if it's any use to you.

hi there! weve got the smaller version of this coop, we keep 4 bantams in it. We were really pleased with it for the money.  We have added legs to elevate it and given it a really good coat of preservative (although it did come already doen)  - look out for the perches though, ours did come with them but they were very low down so we moved them (not easy job as the perch supports were glued to the inner coop wall) - we added a ladder and its a great little coop for them!! :D

hi
i bought a coop like this on ebay. it is not very robust and i worry about the metal bottom to the pull out tray when its frosty. wood shavings dont sit in it well and the chickens dont seem to like it.
