I managed to upload the photo at last, at the 4th attempt. I have a few photos of plants that are in my plot but cant upload them all so I will see what I can do.
I dont want to rip out a flower but if they are weeds are they get out quick weeds or just no panic weeds.

First one is a delphinium, the second a lupin. All fresh and new and healthy looking.

just googled em, I think you spot on well done, this is a boost as I thought that all me plot was weeds it seems to be all flooers nectar

The first one could possibly be larkspur, a type of annual delphinium.

1st red leaved plant paeony but haven't a clude about the 2nd one

Assuming the first and second pictures of the red plant are of the same plant, I agree with the suggestions it's a paeony.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...
