as I intentionally cooked 2 meals yesterday am I having leftovers tonight or not  ?

You are (1) being really organised by cooking in advance or (2) being really virtuous and eating up what you have without wasting food. Win/win either way in my book.

Minted lamb leg steak here (freebie from work) with veggie rice.  Actually the rice was a leftover fried back up with veg, so as I deliberately cooked more than I needed was I planning ahead … or … fridge delving for leftovers  ???

Last minute change of appointment for the good lady's second jab yesterday meant all plans were scuppered. A visit to Mcdonalds thus ensued and it was good. Oh so, so good.

Nuked a spud yesterday as I had a serious case of the CBA. It's probably time for some pasta again today, mac-n-cheese I think.

Curry, rice,  poppadums and naan.  I started to eat the roast chicken dinner last night and after about five mouthfuls admitted I couldn't eat any more.  Don't know why, but I really didn't want it.

Home alone and after a big project today so I planned ahead.  Cooked cold chicken and pre-prepared salad from the fridge, plus a couple of whole meal pittas that just needed chucking in the oven for 5 minutes to warm through.

The project was to replace the liner on my small wildlife pond, so tea was a little late, owing to the time needed to de-swamp
