I have a new 6x8 greenhouse. I have a metal base frame with it but I would like advice about the best way to install the base.

The options I have so far are (1) Just use the metal frame and anchor it in concrete at corners using  supplied spikes (2) Lay slabs and bolt the base frame onto them (3) Make a small brick wall surround and bolt the base frame onto it (4) Construct and level a wooden frame, fix it into the ground and bolt the base frame to that

Any other suggestions are welcome

Thanks a lot Trillium. I have looked at those articles. There are some very good tips which I was not aware of.

I can relate well to the exploding greenhouse scenario when wind gets in, as that is what happened to a previous polycarbonate walled greenhouse that we had a few years ago. Our new greenhouse will have toughened glass which is a lot more expensive so I want to limit possible damage as much as I can.
