Its´ok, we are not going to the end of term do tomorrow after all,  we would have been the only ones from our class going, so decided to give it a miss as we are going to the theatre the next night.  We will be having a ´do´ at our house for the class (all 5 of us plus the teacher and her boyfriend) next month, so will bake for then.

Lemon drizzle cake? The Nigella one is failsafe, and my foreign mother (German/Norwegian) and foreign in-laws (Italian) love it.

Tiny mini yorkshire puddings, filled with a small slice of beef with horseradish cream.  We had these for our wedding hors d'oeuvres and they were very popular.
