Freeze sliced bananas, put in processor, add sugar to taste, some vanilla essence and some cream or buttermilk.   Blend until it is smooth for instant ice cream.
Cheese makes everything better.

have you tried lemon curd ice cream?

No weighing or measuring involved

Mix one jar of good lemon curd ( not the supermarket stuff) with a large tub of greek yoghourt then fold in one large tub of whipped cream and freeze.
Again it needs the ice crystals breaking up as it freezes.

Not as soft as your bought stuff but easy and delicious!
Playing all the right notes but not necessarily in the right order!

should be great with home made lemon curd

with the yoghourt in it at least you can pretend it's reasonsably healthy

Actually you can use any sweetened fruit puree with the yoghourt and cream
try gooseberry and elderflower or apple and blackberry

It should do as the alcohol will not freeze so in theory will keep it softer, it would be a very nice experiment to see how much to use

Pure vodka ice cream will do for me. Don't like ice cream in the first place but if vodka flavoured, may change my mind!
