blind cabbage plants

I have been having trouble with cauliflower(in particular Romanesco Celio) going blind after I have planted out.They were grown in 3 inch pots in greenhouse and then planted out ,they have been watered regularly.My other brassicas are good.Any help would be much appreciated.....

You get this sometimes with brassicas. Usually due to the growing point being damaged by slugs or aphids. Most annoying when you do not notice it when you plant them out.
