Last night was a chicken breast coated in lemon pepper and breadcrumbs with peas, mash, cucumber and tomato.

I have curry munchies so that is what it will be, not sure what will be in it right now though  :D

ABV  ::)

Pizza tonight - store bought but ready in 12 minutes.  Real food tomorrow as I also bought a large lump of piggy leg.  :tongue2:

Lardie - spirits for dinner ....  not good for you!  :ohmy:  Not even a lump of bread and cheese to mop some of it up?  Okay, hands up - pot and kettle thing going on here ....   :(   Been there.  Particularly mid week on a bad week, so you have my sympathies.  But glad to hear that the wheels are going back on the bus and proper food in the tummy.

Last night was pork and cabbage crockpot (run out of chicken thighs but there was some chopped shoulder pork in the freezer which substituted fine) with mash.  Twas good.  Today is a bit of a running around day so I am going to get a pot of tomato sauce and another of meatballs out of the freezer.  Add pasta, basil and Parmesan and we are good to go!

Not even a lump of bread and cheese to mop some of it up?

It wasn't entirely intentional - Poured a quick nip to take the edge of the day as you do, fell fast asleep  ::)

Breaded cod fillet (glorified fish finger  :nowink: ) , mash and peas today. Thought there may be some of the French beans left but they've gone over now  :(

Same basic idea here.  Turkey, sweetcorn and mushroom pie (wings are in slow cooker with lots of herbs - juice will be stock, meat will be in the pie), cabbage and steamed potatoes.

Went looking for sausages in the freezer and couldn't find them  :unsure: but found a couple of mystery packages.  Pulled them out and gave myself a challenge.  One has turned out to be veal mince and the other turkey stir fry.  There is also a marrow and a small squash needing attention. Hummmm....   ::) ::) ::)

I think it will be veal meatballs in a cream sauce with courgette (last ones) ribbons and spaghetti for dinner ....  But for the next step for tomorrow I am struggling ....
