Did someone mention curry

Yes and I wish they'd stop it

I had J.A.N.S. yesterday as I just couldn't be bothered. When I went to the butchers Saturday I picked up some lovely lamb steaks which Id planned on doing tonight with Cajun seasoning and couscous, that was until I realised I'd left them in ML's fridge   My choice now is egg, wedges and beans or tuna pasta bake.

Curry here :)

Leftover roast chicken in our own spice mix balti with fenugreek.
Pilau rice
Leftover roast potatoes in a Saag Aloo. Just picked some fresh spinach for that.
Made some Paratha with wholemeal flour to dip in HM Raita using our HM yoghurt.

Tonight it will be meatballs, pasta and hm tomato sauce.  Decision made - now to go and dig in the freezer to find the tomato sauce ....

Post dig note :  first pot labeled 'tom + lentil pasta sauce' was blackcurrants - I defrosted those before I found out  :(  So was the second.  The third 'tom pasta sauce' was the real deal, thankfully.   ::)  Memo to self - dont use a pen that rubs off in the freezer.

One pot chicken & veg.
Frozen mixed veg and chopped onion cooked in a little chicken stock, then added sliced chicken breast and mushrooms - when cooked added a little cornflower/water mix and a knob of butter to thicken. Nom nom  :)

Tonight is the other cottage pie, made a day or so ago.  With kale - the last plants were cleared by OH yesterday, so there was a lot of leaf washing yesterday and big bags of green in the fridge to use.  Upside - a very easy day today!   :)
