I fancy a curry  :D
There's a chicken thigh defrosting and I've got some left-over squash to sneak in there as well .....

Loads of leftover beef and a family of neighbours to feed as they are having their house electrics redone and a kitchen rebuild, so have no cooking facilities.

Bihari kababs
Lmab mince Biryani
Kofta beef curry
Doing a plain foo yung and rice to accompany.
Making some naan now to go with some HM raita

So you all got me going on curry earlier in the week and now I'm thinking chips ...... mmmmmmmmm ....

No curry it is - chips maybe for Friday.  There is a chip shop on the way home from work, so rude not to, isn't it?

Last night was hm pizza - because I felt like I wanted one!  Both had hm tomato sauce from the freezer, then motz and spicy sausage on one and mushrooms and cheddar on the other.

Tonight is sausage, apple and potato casserole - in the slow cooker blubbing away.  I'll trot down before it gets dark and get some greens to go with it.

You are all giving me the curry munchies, but I think it will have to wait till the weekend ....

Aldi had some nice caulis for 45p this morning - so I think I feel a cauli cheese coming on.  Not sure about the carbs - could well be some nice crisp toast.

Steak and Kidney casserole and dumplings.
With our roasties (rooster ones i freeze) and fresh picked leeks, sprouts and spinach.

They had had the wonky range caulis in morrisons for 45pfor a few weeks now. They are large and looked better than the 145 ones next to them.

Was it pie week? Odd as you always here about these promotional weeks when they have ended. No pie for us tomorrow, its fish Friday!
