I have started taking piccies, and in Johns book he started off in a small way (I'm sure it was Johns book).  

So when I can manage to post the photos up you can all have a laugh ......er look.  :wink:

i'm just doing self saved seed this year as seed is expensive and i have quite a few of each of the varieties i grew last year that are nice seed size.

Saved me a bit of dosh

Don't worry, did the same thing with my garlic.
Seemed like a good offer at the time from one of the suppliers, but as I planted the cloves I realised I'll have enough garlic to keep us going for ever.
Still, may give some away to friends and business customers.

Youve made the classic mistake, we ALL get carried away. With my first year of growing peas I must have bought about 6 packets of different varieties, even though I only had 4 containers to grow them in!! I had to bin a few this year because I knew they wouldnt germinate
The seed swap is a good idea,and maybe go down to your local lotty site to see if anyone wants to buy them from you or swap for produce later in the year?

I have slipped up Peapod, but I shall give anny excess to the school of my friends daughters.  

I have just been offered another 6 big plastic deep boxes!!!  

I only need to knock the garage down now to fit them all  in the garden  and it'll be tickety boo  xx  :lol:

Yes I will, I already have taken some as it was, (it's not very bare) and I shall take some more i.e. when greenhouse goes up (yes I'm squeezing a greenhouse in too).  :shock:

I am thinking about the....is it called forest edge planting?

I can visualise exactly what I want (honest). xx
