roastie=king edward
will leave the baker to someone else
pink fir get better the longer they are stored.when i 1st dug them back in september they tasted very earthy but now they are realy nice,done some chips with them the other day just washed them and they were fab

Shaun,i learnt this by mistake last year.I prefer boiled potatoes and was told to try King Edward,however they disintegrate during boiling,but roast beautifully
