Can anybody help me! The stepson caught two smoothhound fish and brought them home to me and the wife (his missus doesn't like fish). All I've done with them is cut them into steaks and frozen them. I've heard they're nice Barbecued___________How? Also any other recipes would be appreciated as they're both big B*ggers. Cheers!

They are a very sweet and slightly greasy fish. They are really very much like a big dog fish. With dog fish, I've always cut them into strips, battered them and done them deep fried. They were very similar to scampi to taste.
