I will indeed be burning it.
I am as Organic as possible, the only fertilisers i use are BFB and comfrey or manure tea and the only additive i add is lime where needed.

I also use either compost or manure to improve the soil.
I will be adding a bulk bag of sharp sand to each bed, one bed a year until they've all had some then just copiouse amounts of organic matter

Stompy   have you thought of making a leafmould bin?  It's very good for lightening up the soil (once cooked that is)
