First thing I would suggest is you have a read at a book, Katie Thears Incubation a guide to hatching & Rearing is a great place to start

It even includes a section on how to make an incy

It's getting a bit late in the year now unless you have indoor space for them as autumn comes on.

As Aunty says, it's a bit late in the year for incubating as a general rule. Have you made plans for the cockerals ?
There likely be more of those than hens 

Do you have housing and runs ready ?
