Onions seem to be doing little growing.

The onions I put in in the Autumn seem to be very small - is this normal and will they spurt before the cropping time in early Summer. Also, if they don't achieve, can I leave them in longer (say 'til next Summer).

They will bulb up later.

Give 'em time. Ther're not due to be ready much before July ish, depending on your particular variety. Mine won't come out the ground until probably August. Still at least 4 months of good growing weather to come................. (I hope :roll: )
