Title: Sweet Corn Should I or Not

My first try at growing sweet corn is going well, but I do have one question, quite allot of the stems have a second and third shoot growing from soil level, should I take these additional stems off the main plant ?

No - leave them on.  There's been quite a few recent posts about this, you'll find them using the search facility if you need more info  :)
