Once they find you, it's very hard to ever be rid of them.

Just keep checking very regularly and squishing them. They also seem to like onions and fritillaries so check those as well.

I had them last year on all my lilies in (many) pots. I was regularly squishing them then I had a brainwave and put the pots down for the chooks to investigate. Couple of pecked leaves but no more beetles!
I'll do it again this year.

In the absence of chooks I check for lily beetles everytime I go past the plants -- the fewer beetles now the fewer grubs later
