Knife sharpening
« on: July 24, 2013, 19:58 »
Hi Everyone
My wife has got me a Arthur Wright peach pruner knife for my birthday. It has a stainless steel blade and i have been looking at sharpening stones in the internet and the stones come in different grades. Was just wondering if anyone would know what grades i should go for to keep a nice edge on my new knife ?
Cheers

I got one of these,

Be careful tho the knives are like a razor after using one.
