My rhubarb is now in it's second year, with a few good looking sticks. I guess I shouldn't pull these as the plant is only in it's second year, so are these sticks just left attached and forgotten about?

You can take a small crop this year, just always leave some on for it to keep growing and don't pick after june

The ones you are not picking are just left, as on any plant
