Does anyone have experience of buying from
www.webretailuk.co.uk
also trading as   /www.ukgreenhousesales.co.uk   and   www.gardmangreenhousesales.co.uk ?

I paid online for a greenhouse last week and it arrived on Thursday but one accessory pack was missing, value £24.
I emailed immediately and 'Matt' answered saying '...it will arrive today', which didn't make sense, anyway it did not arrive. I emailed again on Friday - no reply.
On Monday and today (Tuesday) I have tried to phone continually but always a recorded message, still no email reply and still no delivery.

Well, I finally got through on the phone today.  He said I signed for 5 packages, I said I only received 4.  But he says he will investigate.

If it came via a courier, you could ring them to see if there was a package left over.
Always check what you are signing for, hopefully they will send a replacement.

They have delivered today so I withdraw any doubts about their integrity. Just a pity they worried me by taking so long to respond.

I bought a greenhouse from www.ukgreenhousesales..co.uk as well. I ordered it at 3pm in the afternoon and it arrived at 11am the following day ! blooming brilliant service !

I bought an 8x6 Palram GREENLINE Greenhouse which has been very handy given my chilli and Tomato growing activities. I've since bought some staging and a couple of greenhouse heaters off them and they also arrived the following day with free delivery. I have to say they've looked after me really well so far
