I am new to allotment growing. My seed potatoes have been delivered to day. I have 4 types

Accent
Golden Wonder
Majestic
Marfona

Please can someone help me, the books and postings are not clear.
Do I chit them all together and plant them all at the same time and harvest them at the different times, or do I stagger the chitting and planting dependent on whether they are earlies or main crop. I realise this may seem a silly question but I can not find an answer

I chit all my spuds, they need to be somewhere cool, but frost free, & with good light. I use a greenhouse with just enough heat to keep the frost off.

Some people don't chit late spuds, how they stop them chitting I don't know! If they are stored away from light, you get long, drawn, weak chits.

I plant as follows & you are not far away from me...

1st Earlies (Accent) - Late March
2nd Earlies (Marfona) - Early April
Main crop (Golden Wonder & Majestic) Late April
