If her crop is still full on a morning she may have impacted crop.  She will not be able to feed properly due to this and needs treatment straight a way.  Have a look at the information on treatment on this LINK (http://chat.allotment-garden.org/index.php?topic=4345.0)

Good luck and I hope she gets better.   :)

Hi Jeanette, I have merged your 2 posts to save any confusion.

It sounds like she has a really bad infestation if you can see them that easily.  They will affect your birds health so here is a LINK (http://chat.allotment-garden.org/index.php?topic=5250.0)  with information which should help.

Let us know how she is and remember you will have to treat all of your birds, coops, bedding.

You need to take her to a poultry friendly vets asap if she is that ill.  There is a list of ones in the uk HERE (http://club.omlet.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4447)   ;)
