Thats it I want a black one, a white one and a white one with a black face - just need a bigger garden now - would they be ok sharing with 20+ chickens and a few guinea fowl?  :lol:

Our local farm which had 'lambing days' has recently shut down.  You took 'pot luck' on whether anything 'happened' while you were there.  Saw twins born once  and they were called Howard and Hilda after the characters from 'Ever Decreasing Circles' after our suggestion!

once it starts properly you could almost guarantee seeing a birth or two we can have half a dozen ewes lambing at once then its all hands on deck so to speak.....

apparently the meat from the black ones is a better flavour....i dont know how true it is though i love roast lamb! i have to say though they are about fully grown when they 'go' they arent the fluffy cuties! instead of lamb we should call the meat adolescent! lol  :wacko:
