Off to Oblu in the Maldives next year (Touch wood- tap tap).  The last time I/we went on holiday I took along an Escape HD5 camera,  cheapy cheapy but impressed with the results of underwater video and shots.

Reading about filters to counteract the blueing effect and how I need a red filter.  Would the relevant sweety wrapper fron Quality street do the bizz?

Might give some interesting results! Try ironing it on a cool setting but take the sweet out beforehand.

I don't know . . .   . I tried that with a foil sweetie wrapper, all my photos were dark

Good evening everyone,  Oblu has been given the elbow! 
Going to an Island called Cinnamon Dhonveli (from where do they get these island names)?  I'll be taking my fishing stick and the underwater camera.
