Popped into Lidl on Saturday and they have quorn going for £1 a pack, which is a good price - my daughter is an addict, so i stocked up  :lol:

I don't know - I deleted the email - there was loads on Satuday so I doubt they'd sell out! They'll keep it until they sell it. If they sell enough they might continue to stock it - which would save me having to go to a 3rd supermarket  ;)

 What is Quorn exactly? I know its meat free meat or sumink like that but what exactly is it?

Bit that gets me is they make it look like meat and veggie`s buy it so if you want meat why not buy meat?  :wacko:

It doesn't taste like meat though  8)..........and it makes some people feel more comfortable eating veg food in company if no-one else knows they are!

It stops those awkward..........'o you're not a vegetarian are you tut tut' conversations  :D
