I've only used the el cheapo tesco apple juice to make wine, what's TC?  I still add sugar, but not quite as much as I would notmally, but even if you use real apples which are sweet, you still use sugar.

Yes, you can make Turbo Cider with just the apple juice, it will come out at about 4 - 5%.  You don't need to add sugar unless you want it stronger.

You may want to add a cup of very strong black tea to add some tannin and maybe some grated Bramley Apples to add some body.  About 6 Apples to a 25 Litre batch should do.

Google Turbo Cider and you will find a huge amount of variations to the recipe.

For 20 Litres of cider at about 8% here is a fairly simple recipe

20 Litres Apple Juice, the cheap stuff from concentrate is fine, ALDI/LIDL
3 lb cheap honey
8 Bramley Apples, skinned then blended
1 cup strong tea, made with 4 T-Bags
Youngs Cider Yeast

Put 18 Litres of juice into the fermenter
Blend the apples and put them in as well
Soften the honey by mixing it with the other 2 litres of juice in a saucepan on the stove, then add that to the fermenter as well.
Add the Tea to the fermenter.

To reduce the alcohol content use less honey.

For 5% use no honey
For 6% use 1 lb
For 7 % use 2 lb
For 8 % use 3 lb

Give it all a good stir, aeration is important the yeast need the oxygen.

Throw the yeast in and leave it alone for 10 - 14 days at about 20 centigrade

Then you can bottle, if you want it fizzy add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar per 500ml bottle.
