What do the members recommend for an emergency medical chest for their hens?

it is good to use on cuts, helps stem blood flow and protects. You buy it from equestrian suppliers (where you can also pick up the purple spray  ).
If you need some in an emergency then cornflour will suffice to stem the blood but really only in an emergency.
