Bright and cool. Went down to -1.4 at some point over the weekend in the polytunnel. RIP the chilli plants.

It's 6C and still and while currently dry, it rained from 3am-6ish. Feels very mild because it's not windy.

It was 4C overnight in the greenhouse, got a little warmer while the sun was out for a while - but heading back downwards, 8C now. At least it's stopped raining !

Squally showers today carried here by a strong NW wind - not pleasant given the air temperature is only 5C at the moment.

More heavy showers forecast overnight - they'll be some nervous people in the areas just starting to recover from the floods over the weekend.

It seems some sort of heat munching monster has gotten into the house and eaten all the warmth.
Outside it's cold, wet and windy. BBC weather says a range of between 7C-1C, 79% and higher chance of rain all day.

A low of 3C overnight in the greenhouse, 5C outside now and calm, but at least we have sunshine this morning best make the most of it though, as the forecast is for more rain this afternoon.... sigh!

Storming. High winds and horizontal rain. I can see the Vitavia greenhouse wobbling  but it's not lost any glass yet.
The Eden greenhouse is not even shaking but the wooden fencing windbreak is shaking back and forth. It's very rough out there.

It was 6c about 10ish now rising to 9c and then back to 7 later. Then with rain, about 2/3 pm. Wind.  WNW 16mph   Making the most of the pleasant sunshine just now.

Sunnyish, 4c rising to 8.  Heavy rain about 3pm, wind NNE, but it is not actually blowing, very calm at present.

Tipping it down! I should be sweeping the leaves up in the front garden but I have an excuse not to today!

Cold and it began persisting down while I was walking back from buying the paper -  I was completely soaked through to my undies by the time I got home A hot cuppa tea now required!

I got drowned yesterday as well, going for my "healthy" walk.  Today it is 7/8 c and very grey.  Winds are N.  NNE. at 14/15mph.   Whoever predicted the wind speed today, isn't up here     As I speak the sun has popped out, not for,  long heavy rain forecast.
