Hi,

My 3 little Khaki Campbells are now three weeks old and thriving. They are getting too big for the rabbit cage they are in at the moment so I have been letting them out in a run during the day and just putting them in the cage in the evening, with food and water, in a garage. As the weather is so mild, are they old enough to go into their outside duck house at night now? Also, are they OK to go without food and water through the night at this age? They make so much mess with the water that the rabbit cage is like a swimming pool in the morning.

Any advice gratefully received.

im in the same position with my 4 week old runners.
i let themroam the garden in the daytime but i bring them in to the house in the evening.
i wake up at about 4am to feed and water them and then again at 8am when i let them outside.
im trying to get mine hand tame and it seems to be working.

my little cayugas are nearly 4 wks now and i have just walked into the lounge to find they have sprayed dirty water all up my cutains and blinds as well as the walls and windowsill!  hope hubby doesnt notice as tomorrow they are going outside in the little run the muscovies had as they are now spending their 1st night in the new duck house
