Blimey, I "withdraw" from the site for a few weeks due to pressure of life and come back when I need info to find there's been a recent question on my topic.

Just picked up some spray frontline from my vets and he recommends a month withdrawal even though he feels there is unlikely to be a problem. I now don't know what to do as my two young daughters both like to eat lots of eggs and I don't want to "poison" them.

Suggestions?

Frontline is not really for mites; it is for those pests which stay on the animal - fleas, lice etc. It will kill a mite, but that is no help as there are thousands more ready to take their place. See mites as an environmental problem - precautions, precautions, precautions.
