Title: White currants are ready now &

So what can I do with them please,first year of them & looks to be quite a few but not lbs & lbs

They slightly sweeter than redcurrants, and you can use them for any recipe that redcurrants are used for.

Jelly is good which comes out pale pink, and you can use apples to give more juice without spoiling the colour.

Thanks Sunny that might be a possibility as my redcurrants didn't make much juice & I use a fair but of jelly with meat dishes.
