Lawn Damage
« on: June 07, 2019, 11:57 »
I am having a problem with small holes being dug in my lawn during the night. Any ideas what might be causing this.

How small, are they like mine from the Woodpeckers beak, or bigger ?  Mrs Bouquet

We get a lot of badgers and foxes in our garden as we have the golf course behind us and our garden is the route through to get to the common at the front.  We often find holes  in our lawn and have always blamed them.  They have also eaten through the cable that powers the fish pond pump! :D

Thank you for responses. I have a feeling it may be the fox. I do see them in the garden occasionally and have also had the badger visit but he did much more damage than the current problem.
