Unusual nest box entrances

many of you build your own coops or convert sheds. So what do you do about the nest boxes and having something to block them off to prevent those hens from sleeping in them over night or to keep broody hens out - this could be just the answer you are looking for  :D

That's a great idea, in my job, I always seem to have spares knocking about, with a bit of string attached you could even use them to shut them in over night (okay I know some have automatic closers, but these are a cheap alternative)
It's all about the journey, not the destination
