Wheat Straw

I recently bought a bit too much Wheat straw to hill up my spuds as I had no more compost. What else can I use it for as I still have way to much?

when you run out of ideas you can add the rest to your compost

Use it as a mulch or weed suppresant. Only problem is it may blow away in windy weather.

Wet it down first and it will stay in place. I do that all the time.
