I find with ebay that unless you are getting a really good deal on postage their goods work out dearer than buying from a supplier

I agree the weight of a lot of items will put the price tight up  :(

The only thing I buy is Diatom for Red-Mite,lice, worms etc. Even with postage it cheaper for me as I cannot buy it locally unlike corn and pellets.
I had to travel 12mls for 2... 450grm bottles of diatom ( thats all they had )at a cost of £14.50 + petrol.
I got 5kg delivered of E.Bay for £16.00 and was exactly the same stuff..without the fancy package of course, so you can get bargains!!! Aden..

I bought a drinker and a feeder (1.5litre IIRC), both of them were £5.95 delivered. There was a shop sort of near me with similar prices but they were a 20mile drive away.

I hate to say it but ebay is the future with the cost of rising petrol prices. If you live near the shops then you've probably have not got much land. If you have got the land then your probably not near the shops.

I bought a 3kg feeder from countryfayre off ebay,, decent price but fell to peices 2 days after so i had to repair it myself to use it...you can get good deals and then bad ones.

After all its ebay,...
