I have all my spuds this year in bahs all over the garden, my first earlies were in late and are about 3-4 weeks off finishing, they were doing really well, I had earthed them up with compost all the way up the bags and were beginning to show flower buds, then we had ridiculous winds most of last week that has snapped a few of the stalk in each bag, I am going to have to cut them off but is there anything else I need to do? Is it just a case of wait and see? Most of the flower buds have been blown clean off!

Don't cut the fallen haulms unless they start to wither. All the time they are green/alive they are feeding the plant and bulking up the potatoes below ground.

Ahhh OK that makes sense, would it be worth me attempting to save them with some canes and string?
