Hi there and welcome  :D

I cannot suggest a green grape as mine is black, but.... whatever you choose, I would suggest you plant it outside the greenhouse and lead it inside. Mine is planted behind the greenhouse and come in through a space in the base made specially for it. It saves a lot of watering and it thrives just fine.

Also, decide how you want to train it ie along the roof eaves and tops of the walls or a fan at the back etc and get your support in place. A vine full of grapes is really, really heavy (mine fell down last summer and it decimated my tomatoes and cucumbers as it fell  ) so make sure whatever you put up is string and will last for years.

Every Autumn cut off any growth that still has green stems, except any main stems you are training in. During the growing season, cut new stems back to within two leaves of a bunch of grapes or the main stalk if they are in the way. Easy to do, and keep it neat so you don't have  a very dark, shady greenhouse full of leaves

Hope that helps a bit.

I bought Lakemont on recommendation from Rogers of Pickering.  They know their stuff so I'm confident it will be a good vine.
