Mechanical law mower
« on: April 16, 2018, 09:51 »
Hullo Fellow Gardeners,

I am not able to share in the lawn mowing duties on our shared allotment because I had a back problem a while back and our the automatic propellor thingy on our old lawnmore does not work anymore. Feeling a bit guilty about not helping out I wonder if I could make a contribute by using a hand sickle and then a mechanical mower (which I see are fairly cheap). Would this be feasible on the patches I was thinking of  maintaining (see attached pictures)?

Can’t answer your actual question but what about a battery operated strimmer? You could use it little & often
